Cerro Piltriquitrón Full Day

Early in the morning, we will pick you up at your accommodation in downtown El Bolsón. After an exciting ride in a 4x4 vehicle of approximately 40 minutes, we will reach 1500 meters of altitude, where we will start our hike to the Cerro Piltriquitrón refuge (40 minutes). Once at the refuge, we will equip ourselves with skis and climbing skins to ascend towards the summit of Cerro Huemul or Piltriquitrón.

During approximately 2 to 3 hours of ascent, we will delight in stunning panoramic views while looking for the best snow and skiing conditions. Once at the summit, an exciting descent of more than 700 meters of elevation gain awaits us. We will have the opportunity to choose different ski lines, from options suitable for beginners to challenging freeride descents.

In total, we will cover approximately 10 km with a positive elevation gain of 700 meters and enjoy a unique experience in the mountains of El Bolsón.
